English: 5-day-old girl (head to right) with giant congenital melanocytic nevus over back, neck, buttocks and left thigh. Histopathological findings showed nevomelanocytes throughout the thickness of the dermis and extending into the subcutaneous tissue. No other complications were reported. Français : Fillette de cinq jours avec nævus géant congénital sur le dos, le cou, les fesses et la cuisse gauche. L’examen histopathologique a montré des nevomélanocytes dans l'épaisseur du derme jusqu'aux tissus sous-cutanes. Aucune autre complication n’a été rapportée. |
